Truly a rare and unusual vintage find, this late 1920s, early 30s gown is made of a bright and luxurious orange silk crepe. The fabric hangs beautifully - just look at the way the fabric drapes off the mannequin. With an art deco style bodice, and bias cut skirt, this dress is sure to be a hit wherever you wear it.

The dress features puffy batwing style sleeves that meet a slim cuff in the middle of the forearm. The cuffs feature a cute and sweet bow detail and the sleeves and back have slits in them. The dress is in good condition, though it has some small holes and it has been previously altered at the hem. Otherwise the dress is in fantastic shape and the fabric is very strong since it is a crepe. It has been priced accordingly.

Size: S

Measurements:
Bust: 32-36"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 36-38"
Length (slightly shorter in back): 49" in back, 54" in front.

Fabric: Silk Crepe

Label: Lois P. Hiller (most likely the owner of the dress, not the designer)

Condition: Good condition with some small holes, the most visible ones located on the right hip and center hip. Some few more pin-sized holes on the right side seam. See photos for details. The dress has also been previously altered at the hem: shortened by about 1-2" and is now longer in the front than in the back. Fabric is clean, I see no stains or spots.
