Rare Bonnie Cashin army green wool cape with leather trim from the 60s! Fabulous and modern minimalist design from an acclaimed fashion designer. In 1962, Cashin was hired as Coach’s first designer. She designed for the company until 1974. She also designed for dozens of other firms including Hermès, Ballantyne and Aquascutum, as well as under her own label.
This rare cape features Cashin's signature toggle clasp design, which she designed for Coach handbags in the 60s. Wear it open or closed, this is a very versatile piece that can be worn with jeans, trousers, scarves, turtlenecks, and more. Excellent quality wool, genuine leather trim.
