This elegant late 1920s/early 1930s ribbon knit dress is hand-done and made entirely of celadon green silk. The fabric feels amazing on the skin, and the quality of the workmanship is truly impeccable. The dress features a lovely accordion style swirl detail at the left shoulder and at the sleeves. Nipped slightly below the natural waist, this dress has a flared skirt and a matching belt, which is lined in a matching celadon green grosgrain ribbon and fastens with 2 snaps.
This is a wonderful example of the glamorous style of the 1930s and would be a fine addition to your vintage clothing collection.
Approx Size: Small-Medium-Large due to the fact that the knit has lots of stretch.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. I find no flaws besides some light fading on the inside of the belt lining. The knit has no holes or stains.The fabric is soft, clean and strong.
